Alexandre Henri Bensahel

Managing Partner & CIO

Alex is the Managing Partner of ACE and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. He began his career in real estate as an investment sales broker and quickly rose through the institutional brokerage ranks, building deep expertise while working alongside some of the industry’s most respected names. Known as a highly trusted source of investment opportunities, he completed approximately 95% of his transactions off-market and became an “if you know, you know” figure in the space.

To date, Alex has executed more than $1.5 billion in transactions and has been involved in over $4 billion of complex real estate deals. In 2019, he began investing alongside his clients as a limited partner, then rapidly transitioned into general partnership roles, supporting clients in raising capital for differentiated opportunities.

He later launched his own investments under his parent company, Bensahel Capital, which has grown to more than $650 million in assets under management in a short period of time. The firm’s commitment to affordable housing is driven by a genuine, long-term mission to create impact—not simply by pursuing programs or incentives designed to maximize developer returns. As Mr. Bensahel puts it: “No one said we couldn’t do impact investing and hit higher performance returns at the same time.”

Pierre-Olivier Bensahel

Partner & Senior Advisor

Pierre Olivier Bensahel is a partner and serves as a senior advisor to ACE.  Pierre has been a serial entrepreneur for the past 30 years having developed and built multi-billion dollar infrastructural projects in emerging markets.

He brings an in-depth expertise in the world of finance, business development, and capital preservation to the team. He started his professional career at Bain&Co, providing consulting services to diversified corporations. He then became an owner of a waste management company, focusing his efforts on the development of the activities in central Europe, where he successfully established the presence of the company in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

During his 15-year tenure in the US, he has managed the diversified investment portfolio of a single-family office and subsequently managed a hedge fund specialized in life insurance related products. Pierre Olivier holds equity interests in various fast-growing companies that benefit from his active hands on involvement.

Joshua Fink

Principal & COO

Joshua Joshua Fink is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and investment strategist with over a decade of experience. He founded Voyage Realty, focused on renovating and managing single-family and multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic, and Redwood Capital Group, which acquired multifamily properties across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Throughout his career, Joshua has developed a reputation for his keen eye in identifying high-potential opportunities and his hands-on approach to unlocking value through strategic execution. Backed by a vast network of industry relationships, he consistently sources and evaluates off-market and on-market opportunities that align with strong risk-adjusted returns.

He previously served as Director of Acquisitions and Investments at a family office for six years, helping lead the acquisition and management of a portfolio of over 2,500 units totaling $400MM across the East Coast and Southeast. Known for his analytical approach, market expertise, and disciplined risk assessment, Joshua joins Alpha Capitol Equities (ACE) as Principal and Chief Operating Officer, where he leads investment initiatives across ground-up development and value-add opportunities alongside Founder Alex Bensahel.

Joshua is also committed to community impact, supporting charitable initiatives focused on affordable housing and community development.
